July 27th CJCA Finals Information & Draw

Dear Contestants,

Important information for CJCA Finals……………
1. Day Draw sheets & order of events sheets are now posted. (see below)
2. It’s going to be really hot. Remember to hydrate with lots of water and Gatorade. Remember to keep your animals hydrated too.

***The more help we have throughout the day the smoother it will go. Thank you in advance for all you do to help out. 

3. GRAND ENTRY is at 7:30am. Events with start at 8:00am.
4. Dinner hall will open at 5:00pm and we are hoping to start serving dinner at 5:30/6:00pm. We will be serving rib eye steaks/chicken, mac & cheese, salad, roll. Water & sodas will be provided.
5. PLEASE remember your dinner tickets. We will be collecting them at the dinner line.
6. Will call dinner tickets can be picked up at the secretary table the morning of the rodeo.
7. Sweatshirts can be picked up at the bar counter in the dinner hall from Heather.
8. Contestants MUST BE in Western Attire at the dinner.
9. NO ALCOHOL in the dinner hall.
10. Clovis Rodeo Grounds are very generous to us. PLEASE pick up after you & your animals….. and those who forget. Don’t forget a rake………….. every piece of poop must be hauled out.

Let’s leave it better than we find it……………….

11. The Clovis Rodeo Association just planted tons of baby trees on the grounds………. please do not get around them.
12. Help is needed on Sunday morning…………. if you can help out it’s greatly appreciated.
13. Don’ t forget to review your points. Report any concerns to Tanya ASAP.
